What You’ll Do
- Conduct audits of billing, coding, receipting, and early-out service functions performed by staff and contractors
- Present audit findings to employees and supervisors in a clear, constructive manner
- Summarize results and report to management at regular intervals
- Develop training materials based on audit findings to strengthen compliance
- Deliver presentations and contribute to staff development programs
- Collaborate with leadership to create training plans for TruBridge employees and clients
What You Need
- 3+ years of revenue cycle experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in group presentations
- Intermediate Excel skills (required)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in team settings
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback
- Associates degree or higher preferred
