What You’ll Do
- Complete daily cash reporting and payment posting using Excel, Access, and company software
- Post denials, contractual adjustments, and patient responsibility balances accurately
- Balance payments back to original deposit amounts
- Manage EOBs, EFTs, and ERAs with precision
- Assist team members and support special projects as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet productivity expectations
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of medical billing and cash posting experience
- Familiarity with EOBs and strong Excel skills
- 10-key minimum of 8,000 KPH and typing 35+ WPM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
- Internet speed of at least 5 Mbps (no satellite or hotspot connections allowed)
