What You’ll Do
- Investigate and resolve billing issues and consumer/commercial account complaints
- Analyze customer concerns and present appropriate resolution options
- Negotiate and authorize billing settlements within established company limits
- Adjust customer accounts accurately while maintaining clear documentation
- Deliver responsive, empathetic service that builds trust and supports patient care
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing integrity and process improvement
What You Need
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Previous experience in customer service, billing, or account resolution (preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- Tech proficiency and comfort using CRM and documentation systems
- High level of professionalism, empathy, and accountability
