What You’ll Do

  • Investigate and resolve billing issues and consumer/commercial account complaints
  • Analyze customer concerns and present appropriate resolution options
  • Negotiate and authorize billing settlements within established company limits
  • Adjust customer accounts accurately while maintaining clear documentation
  • Deliver responsive, empathetic service that builds trust and supports patient care
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing integrity and process improvement

What You Need

  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Previous experience in customer service, billing, or account resolution (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Tech proficiency and comfort using CRM and documentation systems
  • High level of professionalism, empathy, and accountability
