Schedule
- Full-time
- Remote (must reside in Ohio)
- Training: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM EST
- Post-training: 5-day schedule, including weekends | Hours: 11:30 AM–10:00 PM EST
- Target start dates: October 27 or November 10
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls to promote Comcast products and services
- Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish to serve a diverse customer base
- Build rapport and trust using a consultative sales approach
- Recommend tailored solutions that meet customer needs and overcome objections
- Educate customers on offerings while following sales processes and maintaining accuracy
- Demonstrate professionalism, problem-solving skills, and empathy in every interaction
- Input data across multiple systems and handle customer inquiries with speed and accuracy
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, service, or related roles
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Strong communication and customer relationship-building skills
- Tech savvy, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and overtime when needed
