- 100% Remote (U.S. based)
- Shifts range between 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM EST

What You’ll Do
- Use consultative sales techniques to promote Comcast products and services
- Turn support calls into sales opportunities with empathy and clarity
- Build customer relationships through professionalism and product knowledge
- Educate customers and match solutions to their needs
- Work independently while collaborating with peers and teams
- Maintain reliability, adaptability, and strong communication skills
- Accurately enter data and navigate multiple systems during calls
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0–2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Tech-savvy with ability to use standard tools and multitask
- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a competitive, fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule and dependable attendance

- $14.50/hr base pay + uncapped commission (target: $1,400+/month)
- Target total compensation: $22.67/hr
