- Remote, contract role

- Availability required during standard business hours (Mon–Fri)
What You’ll Do
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and emails
- Support projects, event planning, and presentations
- Handle CRM updates, data entry, and workflow processes
- Manage social media accounts and assist with research
- Coordinate travel and personal tasks as needed
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior administrative support experience
- Professional home office setup (computer, webcam, smartphone, and reliable internet)
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism
