Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S. based)
- Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
What You’ll Do
- Review and validate enrollment applications for accuracy and completeness
- Conduct welcome calls and assist clients with portal navigation and troubleshooting
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to gather documentation and provide support
- Maintain accurate enrollment records and ensure compliance standards are met
- Resolve discrepancies and provide timely problem-solving for client needs
What You Need
- Minimum of 1 year phone-based customer service experience (required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to empathize with clients while providing solutions
- Team player with a professional and reliable work ethic
- Spanish fluency preferred, but not required
