Schedule

  • Remote role — must live in Florida, Georgia, Texas, or Arizona
  • Part-time options (choose from 12–22 hours/week)
    • Mon & Tues: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (22 hrs)
    • Mon & Tues: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST (22 hrs)
    • Mon & Wed: 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM EST (12 hrs)
    • Mon, Wed & Thurs: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST (15 hrs)
    • Mon–Thurs: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST (18 hrs)
    • Tues–Fri: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST (18 hrs)

What You’ll Do

  • Handle member, broker, provider, and vendor inquiries across multiple channels
  • Manage caseloads while meeting service delivery, quality, and compliance standards
  • Escalate and resolve member issues quickly and accurately

What You Need

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or a high-volume setting
  • 1+ year of healthcare-related experience
  • High school diploma or GED

Bonus Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Google Suite or Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Experience with accurate data entry
