Schedule & Location

  • Full-time, fully remote (must reside in Florida)
  • Two weeks of paid virtual training required
  • Must maintain a distraction-free home office with reliable internet (minimum 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload; speed test required)

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound customer calls and emails, resolving billing, account, and service inquiries
  • Accurately document interactions in CRM systems and update account records
  • Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy
  • Successfully upsell products or services to existing customers
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level representatives or supervisors as needed
  • Stay current on products and services through regular training
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics (KPIs)

What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • 2 years of prior call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Quiet workspace free from distractions
