Schedule & Location
- Full-time, fully remote (must reside in Florida)
- Two weeks of paid virtual training required
- Must maintain a distraction-free home office with reliable internet (minimum 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload; speed test required)
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound customer calls and emails, resolving billing, account, and service inquiries
- Accurately document interactions in CRM systems and update account records
- Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy
- Successfully upsell products or services to existing customers
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level representatives or supervisors as needed
- Stay current on products and services through regular training
- Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics (KPIs)
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- 2 years of prior call center or customer service experience preferred
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Quiet workspace free from distractions
