What You’ll Do
- Manage non-complex medical-only and minor lost-time workers’ comp claims
- Establish reserves, authorize payments, and ensure compliance with guidelines
- Communicate claim status with customers, claimants, and clients
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of claims handling experience
- Workers’ compensation experience required; state licensing as applicable
