What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement utilization management quality assurance and mentoring processes
- Educate operations teams on standards, compliance, and reporting tools
- Oversee URAC compliance, re-accreditation, and act as main point of contact for URAC communication
- Provide regulatory oversight, ensuring adherence to state, federal, and accreditation requirements
- Lead peer-to-peer quality reviews and action planning with management
- Support onboarding and training of utilization management leaders and managers
- Identify performance trends, recommend improvements, and implement solutions
- Collaborate with executive and departmental leaders to align operations with company standards
What You Need
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- Current LVN/LPN/RN licensure required
- 3+ years of recent clinical experience, preferably in utilization management
- 4+ years of utilization management experience or equivalent
- Prior experience in quality assurance, training, or mentoring strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under deadlines
- Certified Trainer or Quality Assurance designation a plus
