Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (must reside in an eligible state)
- Training: 9:30 AM – 6 PM ET, Monday–Friday (60 days)
- Regular schedule: 11:30 AM – 8 PM ET, Monday–Friday
- Weekends (7:30 AM – 4 PM ET) as needed
What You’ll Do
- Deliver solutions for customers via phone, live chat, and email
- Analyze situations, investigate problems, and provide accurate updates on orders
- Handle escalated situations using professional de-escalation techniques
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Participate in video meetings, ongoing training, and team-building activities
What You Need
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent English required
- 40+ WPM typing speed and proficiency with Office 365
- Reliable high-speed internet (75mbps down/10mbps up) and a quiet, distraction-free home office
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Legal residency in one of these states: AK, AL, AR, AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, or WY
- No degree required—skills, experience, and alignment with core values matter most
