Schedule
- Full-time, 100% remote
- Eastern Standard Time strongly preferred
- Must have a private, confidential home office
- Reports to Director, Medical Affairs Implementations
What You’ll Do
- Manage initial and reappointment privileging for healthcare providers
- Maintain and update credentialing databases and application statuses
- Resolve issues, escalate concerns, and ensure compliance with TJC and NCQA standards
- Build and maintain relationships with partner sites and participate in meetings
- Serve as a key point of contact for clinicians, facilities, and internal teams
What You Need
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in clinical staff credentialing or managed care organization credentialing
- Knowledge of TJC and NCQA standards
- CPCS or CPMSM Certification (preferred)
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with MS Office, credentialing software, and data systems
