Schedule & Type

  • Remote, Part-Time (Contract)
  • Independent Contractor (1099) role
  • Hourly pay: up to $35/hour
  • Candidates must reside and be authorized to work in the U.S.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative and executive support to a wealth management client
  • Manage client relationships and paperwork
  • Coordinate calendars, book appointments, and track schedules
  • Handle inbound/outbound marketing tasks
  • Track expenses and pay bills
  • Serve as a point of contact for client communications
  • Support client intake processes and documentation

What You Need

  • 1+ years of administrative or executive support experience in wealth management/financial services
  • Working knowledge of client intake and communication processes
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency with technology on both Windows and Mac
  • Ability to work independently and maintain focus in a distraction-free environment
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or some college preferred)
