Schedule & Type
- Remote, Part-Time (Contract)
- Independent Contractor (1099) role
- Hourly pay: up to $35/hour
- Candidates must reside and be authorized to work in the U.S.
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative and executive support to a wealth management client
- Manage client relationships and paperwork
- Coordinate calendars, book appointments, and track schedules
- Handle inbound/outbound marketing tasks
- Track expenses and pay bills
- Serve as a point of contact for client communications
- Support client intake processes and documentation
What You Need
- 1+ years of administrative or executive support experience in wealth management/financial services
- Working knowledge of client intake and communication processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with technology on both Windows and Mac
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus in a distraction-free environment
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or some college preferred)
