What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Resolve questions, issues, and concerns calmly and efficiently
- De-escalate challenging situations and escalate when needed
- Assist with requests, including processing payments
- Track call-related data for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues to improve customer experience
- Upsell products/services when required
What You Need
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to type at least 25 wpm
- Strong logical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable navigating Windows operating systems
- Organizational and prioritization skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
Work-from-Home Requirements
- Personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later
- Minimum 4GB RAM
- Wired Ethernet LAN internet connection (Wi-Fi/satellite/mobile hotspots not permitted)
- Internet speed: 15 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload, ping < 50ms
