What You’ll Do
- Research unapplied funds resulting from overpayments, misapplied payments, or reconciliation needs
- Resolve cash application issues and document outcomes
- Handle inbound and outbound customer correspondence related to unapplied funds and budget bill plans
- Communicate budget bill changes to customers professionally and efficiently
- Research account setup using tools such as the budget bill calculator
- Troubleshoot inquiries quickly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
What You Need
- Associate degree in accounting or related field (preferred)
- 1+ years of Accounts Receivable or related experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer service focused
- Ability to interact professionally with internal teams and customers
- Salesforce/PeopleSoft experience (preferred)
- Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
