Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (not available to candidates in AK, CA, CO, IL, ME, NY, or WA)

What You’ll Do
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from prospective clients, families, and referral sources—in both Spanish and English
- Build trust to collect demographics, presenting problems, and treatment histories
- Clearly explain financial policies, payment options, and assistance programs
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including treatment consents and insurance details
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet KPIs such as admission rates, client satisfaction, and time-to-admission
- Ensure timely follow-up and seamless communication with clients and referral partners
- Represent Charlie Health’s mission and communicate its personalized care model with clarity and compassion
What You Need
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
- 2+ years of sales experience; healthcare admissions experience a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
- 1+ year of Salesforce experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Familiarity with HIPAA policies (preferred)
- Experience with youth or young adults in mental health a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $54,000–$60,000/year
- Performance bonus potential: total target compensation $66,000–$84,000/year
