Schedule
- Full-time, remote (must live in AL, AZ, FL, GA, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, LA, MS, MO, NV, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA)
- Day, night, and weekend shifts available

What You’ll Do
- Make appointment-setting calls for automotive dealerships nationwide
- Provide professional, high-quality calls 100% of the time
- Represent dealerships in a positive and professional manner
- Navigate multiple platforms and systems while assisting customers
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication during calls
What You Need
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge with ability to manage multiple screens/programs
- Quiet, distraction-free work environment
- Bilingual Spanish a plus (not required)
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
