Schedule

  • Fully Remote
  • Full-time, Thursday–Monday schedule (Tuesdays and Wednesdays off)
  • Hourly pay: $17.35 – $21.45 (based on experience and location)

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate projects, demonstrations, and tours in support of PETA’s campaigns.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and reporting on campaign activities and targets.
  • Assist campaigners and tour crew with high-level administrative tasks.
  • Prepare reports on tour activity and successes.
  • Communicate with tour crews to arrange permitting, shipping, and logistics.
  • Track and monitor local and national news relevant to campaigns.
  • Travel as needed to support demos and events.
  • Work with creative teams to develop provocative campaign materials.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Strong organizational, research, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor, discretion, and alignment with PETA’s vegan philosophy.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license (21+, 3+ years of driving experience, clean record).
  • Willingness to travel and ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
