What You’ll Do

  • Research, plan, and coordinate national campaigns for companion animals, snakes, birds, and more.
  • Develop initiatives to push animal rights issues into the media spotlight.
  • Draft letters, action alerts, talking points, and other communications.
  • Manage internal campaign communications and stakeholder coordination.
  • Occasionally attend local events to represent PETA and raise awareness.

What You Need

  • Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong writing, research, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with proven organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of animal liberation issues and PETA campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to a healthy vegan lifestyle.
