About Pomelo Care

Their technology-driven platform delivers personalized, evidence-based virtual care throughout pregnancy, NICU stays, and the postpartum year. The team measures success by reducing preterm births, NICU admissions, C-sections, and maternal mortality.
Schedule
- Remote (U.S. only)
- Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM CT
- Occasional overtime may be required
- Salary range: $40,000–$50,000 annually, plus performance bonus
What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to enroll patients into Pomelo Care services.
- Educate patients on Pomelo’s clinical and social resources.
- Answer patient questions and provide guidance with empathy.
- Document outreach activities accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with providers and community partners to ensure patient support.
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups for families.
- Handle inbound calls from interested patients.
What You Need
- Strong, empathetic communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Motivated by goals, KPIs, and monthly bonus opportunities.
- Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in outreach enrollment or prospecting.
- Familiarity with Medicaid health plans.
- Background in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to handle ambiguous challenges with initiative.
