About Pomelo Care
Pomelo Care is a fast-growing, multi-disciplinary startup focused on reducing preterm births, NICU admissions, c-sections, and maternal mortality. By combining clinical expertise with technology, Pomelo engages patients early, conducts risk assessments, and delivers coordinated support throughout pregnancy, NICU stays, and the postpartum year.
Schedule
- Remote, U.S.-based
- Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM CT
- Occasional overtime may be required
What You’ll Do
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to enroll patients into Pomelo Care services
- Educate patients on available clinical and social resources
- Achieve enrollment targets aligned with company KPIs
- Handle inbound calls from potential patients and answer questions with empathy
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient outreach
- Collaborate with providers, community organizations, and internal teams to support patients
- Assist families with scheduling and follow-up care
- Stay current on healthcare practices through ongoing training
What You Need
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong empathetic communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with motivation to meet metrics and earn bonuses
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet and a private workspace
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passion for transforming healthcare
- Willingness to work occasional overtime

Compensation & Benefits
