Schedule
- Remote (U.S.-based)
- Full-time, hourly position
- Pay: $29.00 – $33.65/hour
What You’ll Do
- Enter, audit, and verify payroll data to support accurate and timely payroll runs
- Maintain payroll records to ensure compliance with audits and regulations
- Coordinate employee data updates with Total Rewards, including benefits and compensation changes
- Assist with compliance reporting and year-end processing (W-2s, tax updates)
- Support employees with payroll questions, direct deposit setup, and self-service tools
- Communicate payroll updates and policy changes clearly to staff
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance or Accounting preferred)
- 1–3 years of payroll experience
- Proficiency with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now or Workday preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
