Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote (U.S.-based, excluding CA, AK, WA, and HI)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM MST/PST (with possible Saturday rotation)
- Scottsdale, AZ applicants: in-person interviews Sept. 11–12, 2025
What You’ll Do
- Investigate liability claims, reviewing details and interpreting policies
- Communicate with policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and vendors through phone, email, and text
- Negotiate fair settlements with customers, third parties, and vendors
- Document claim activity accurately and on time in company systems
- Use available tools to solve problems and reach resolutions efficiently
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills with empathy-driven approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with critical thinking skills
- Comfortable with technology and claims systems
- Adjuster’s license (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire)
