Schedule
- Full-time, remote (after training)
- Initial 1-month onsite training + 2 months onsite property management
- Travel required as needed for property visits and professional development
What You’ll Do
- Implement marketing strategies across AFI’s portfolio to meet occupancy goals
- Lead onsite teams in leasing and collections performance
- Conduct training webinars for staff on marketing platforms and leasing practices
- Troubleshoot issues with software, data, and staffing
- Drive positive online ratings and reputation for properties
What You Need
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Marketing background and ability to lead teams toward KPIs
- 5+ years in property leasing, property management, or sales preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (not required)
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
Benefits
- Base salary: $40,000–$54,000/year
