What You’ll Do
- Prepare and submit enrollment applications to Out-of-State Medicaid agencies (group and provider level).
- Ensure compliance with state Medicaid regulations and internal policies.
- Serve as the main contact for Medicaid agencies and providers regarding enrollment.
- Work directly with clinicians to secure required documents and signatures.
- Follow up with payers to secure application approval dates.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and document management protocols.
- Resolve application deficiencies and conduct payer research as needed.
- Prioritize and resolve critical issues from exception reports.
- Keep leadership updated on additional payer form requests and compliance changes.
What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience with contracts, legal documents, or healthcare-related work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
- Ability to problem-solve and function effectively in high-pressure situations.
