What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and submit enrollment applications to Out-of-State Medicaid agencies (group and provider level).
  • Ensure compliance with state Medicaid regulations and internal policies.
  • Serve as the main contact for Medicaid agencies and providers regarding enrollment.
  • Work directly with clinicians to secure required documents and signatures.
  • Follow up with payers to secure application approval dates.
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry and document management protocols.
  • Resolve application deficiencies and conduct payer research as needed.
  • Prioritize and resolve critical issues from exception reports.
  • Keep leadership updated on additional payer form requests and compliance changes.

What You Need

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience with contracts, legal documents, or healthcare-related work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
  • Ability to problem-solve and function effectively in high-pressure situations.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
