Role Summary
We’re seeking a Project Coordinator (Corporate Gifting) with promotional products experience to support our growing team during the busy Q4 holiday season. In this temporary, part-time contract role, you’ll manage end-to-end client orders, coordinate with vendors, track production timelines, and ensure flawless delivery of branded merchandise.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination – Manage order lifecycle from product presentation to delivery.
- Vendor Management – Obtain pricing, confirm inventory, recommend products, oversee proofing & production.
- Order Management – Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and status updates.
- Documentation & Tracking – Maintain accurate records in project management tools (ClickUp, Salesforce).
- Problem Solving – Resolve issues with product availability, artwork, or production delays.
- Logistics Oversight – Ensure deadlines are met, follow up on outstanding tasks, and track shipments.
- Reports to the Project Manager, Corporate Gifting.
Qualifications
Required:
- 1–2 years in promotional products, custom gifting, or swag industry (distributor/supplier/agency).
- Knowledge of branding methods, product specs, and vendor capabilities.
- Strong communication & project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/timelines with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Salesforce, and remote collaboration.
Preferred:
- Canva proficiency.
- Experience in high-volume, Q4 seasonal retail environments.
- Prior startup/fast-moving environment exposure.
- Familiarity with sustainability trends and premium merchandise.
