Schedule

  • Full-time, 100% remote role
  • Monday–Friday standard hours

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for newly enrolled clients during their first several months.
  • Answer inbound calls and complete daily follow-up touchpoints.
  • Deliver clear, accurate information about services and guide clients through their program.
  • Control conversations effectively while handling objections with empathy and professionalism.
  • Navigate internal systems to locate and update client records.
  • Build lasting, productive relationships with clients and team members.
  • Meet performance targets while maintaining high-quality service.

What You Need

  • 1–2 years of client retention or sales experience in a high-volume call center.
  • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet and overcome objections.
  • Intermediate typing and math skills.
  • High-speed internet access (50 Mbps+).
  • Passion for customer service and helping people succeed.
