What You’ll Do

  • Verify customer payment data and review accompanying documents.
  • Process payments accurately based on customer instructions.
  • Perform data entry of statements, banking documents, and settlement offers.
  • Navigate multiple systems to input and track information.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet workflow deadlines.
  • Assist in other departments as needed.

What You Need

  • 6+ months of data entry experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow guidelines and meet departmental quotas.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt on the spot.
  • Experience navigating multiple systems and applications.
