What You’ll Do
- Verify customer payment data and review accompanying documents.
- Process payments accurately based on customer instructions.
- Perform data entry of statements, banking documents, and settlement offers.
- Navigate multiple systems to input and track information.
- Collaborate with team members to meet workflow deadlines.
- Assist in other departments as needed.
What You Need
- 6+ months of data entry experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow guidelines and meet departmental quotas.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt on the spot.
- Experience navigating multiple systems and applications.
