Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role (U.S.)
  • Hours: 8 AM – 4 PM EST

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to welcome learners, remind them of milestones, and encourage course completion.
  • Follow up with inactive or at-risk learners to resolve challenges.
  • Log interactions and track learner progress in CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with advisors and internal teams to address learner needs.
  • Gather and manage learner feedback and testimonials to improve programs.

What You Need

  • 1–2 years in customer service, support, or learner engagement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools is a plus.
