What You’ll Do
- Process, review, and file insurance claims through resolution of payment.
- Follow up with payors, resubmit claims, and ensure timely reimbursements.
- Assist patients with billing inquiries and collection of balances.
What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of insurance AR and post-claim follow-up experience.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance processes, and claim billing.
