Schedule
- Contract: 18 months (starting October 2025)
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm PST
- Remote, U.S.-based role (U.S. citizenship required)
What You’ll Do
- Manage employee HR inquiries through a ticketing system (phone, webchat, email)
- Assist with HR topics such as pay, benefits, onboarding, PTO, and policies
- Guide employees on using HR systems, portals, and paystub access
- Perform HR transactions and maintain employee data in SuccessFactors
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes globally
- Investigate complex HR cases and provide accurate resolutions
- Prepare documentation, process HR paperwork, and assist with administrative tasks
- Contribute to continuous improvement and shared learning within the HR team
What You Need
- 3+ years of experience in HR or customer care teams
- Strong English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Spanish or Mandarin language skills a plus
- Proven customer service background
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with SAP HR, SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow preferred
- Strong adaptability, communication, and attention to detail
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
