Schedule

  • 18-month contract starting October 2025
  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm PST
  • Fully remote (U.S. only)
  • U.S. Citizenship required

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to employee HR inquiries via phone, webchat, email, and other channels
  • Provide guidance on HR procedures, benefits, pay, onboarding, PTO, overtime, and offboarding
  • Assist employees with navigating HR systems, portals, and self-service tools
  • Handle complex case investigations and resolve escalated HR issues
  • Maintain accurate employee data in SuccessFactors HR system
  • Support global onboarding/offboarding tasks and ensure policy compliance
  • Perform basic HR transactions, prepare documentation, and process paperwork
  • Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in HR or customer care
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Spanish or Mandarin fluency is a plus
  • Customer service experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience with SAP HR, SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow a plus
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and self-motivated
  • Must have current authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
