Schedule
- Full-time, remote role with up to 20% travel to client worksites
- Flexible schedule within business hours
- Requires ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support various time clock devices, including on-site client visits
- Integrate time clocks with time & attendance platforms and PrismHR HRIS via APIs, file transfers, or middleware
- Troubleshoot device, software, and integration issues (networking, sync failures, malfunctions)
- Collaborate with clients to ensure system compatibility and optimal performance
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing Tier 2 technical support and training on timekeeping systems and compliance
- Optimize timekeeping software (TimeCo, TCP, SwipeClock) and recommend process improvements
- Maintain accurate timekeeping records, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with labor laws
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience with timekeeping software and technical troubleshooting
- Proficiency with HRIS integration and hardware/software configuration
- Experience implementing or transitioning time tracking systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with Office Suite
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and payroll compliance
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in varying indoor/outdoor conditions
