Schedule

  • Contract: 18 months, starting October 2025
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
  • Fully remote within the U.S.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR inquiries via phone, email, webchat, and ticketing systems
  • Answer questions on policies, benefits, payroll, PTO, onboarding/offboarding, and more
  • Guide employees in using HR systems and portals (paystubs, benefits, etc.)
  • Investigate and resolve more complex cases
  • Support onboarding tasks globally and ensure compliance with policies
  • Perform basic HR transactions in SuccessFactors or similar systems
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare documentation, and process paperwork
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in HR or customer care
  • Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin a plus
  • Customer service experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and adaptability
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP HR, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow a plus
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
