Schedule
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts (Monday–Friday)
- Weekends as needed
- Remote after initial training (1 month onsite with a trainer + 2 months managing an asset onsite)
- Occasional travel for property visits, business development, and professional growth
Responsibilities
- Implement and scale leasing and collections systems across the AFI portfolio
- Achieve KPIs for leasing, collections, and occupancy goals
- Drive positive online ratings and manage property reputation
- Troubleshoot software, data, staffing, and operational issues
- Train and coach onsite teams via webinars and in-person visits
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for occupancy growth
- Collaborate with property teams to meet and exceed performance measures
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven leadership abilities with experience guiding teams toward objectives
- Educational or work experience in marketing (degree preferred but not required)
- 5+ years in sales, property leasing, and/or property management (preferred)
- Ability to provide 2–3 professional references
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%)

- Base salary: $40,000–$54,000/year
