The Role

As an Employee Benefits Advocate, you’ll be the first point of contact for employees calling in with questions about their health, dental, vision, life insurance, and other workplace benefits. You’ll guide them through enrollment, resolve issues, and ensure they feel supported every step of the way.

This is a 100% remote role, with full paid training from your home office.


What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound calls regarding employee benefit enrollment and related questions
  • Provide accurate, thorough answers and document interactions
  • Problem-solve with empathy and resourcefulness
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy in all transactions
  • Manage calls from start to resolution with accountability
  • Follow established procedures while delivering top-tier service

What You’ll Need

  • Required: Customer Service or Call Center experience
  • Prior benefits administration, insurance brokerage, or insurance provider experience preferred (but not required)
  • Strong customer-focused mindset and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Internet speed: 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload (Ethernet connection recommended)

Pay & Perks

  • Base pay: $17–$20/hour (based on experience & niche skills)
  • Additional $2/hour for Licensed Life & Health agents or Bilingual (Spanish) candidates
