Schedule
- Full-time, remote (must reside in FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, TX, or VA)
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 7:00 pm EST (must be available for any 8-hour shift)
- All equipment provided
- Requires a hardwired internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload; Wi-Fi and hotspots not supported)
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients while accurately recording account information
- Assist with account resolution by offering solutions, establishing payment arrangements, and following up as needed
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
- Use various computer programs to manage accounts and meet individual performance metrics
Requirements
- Quiet, private workspace that meets technical requirements
- High-speed, hardwired internet connection via 50 ft. Ethernet cable
- Reside in one of the eligible states listed above
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
