Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)
- Must be available to work 8 AM – 4 PM EST
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound calls to welcome new learners and guide them through their programs
- Remind learners about upcoming classes, milestones, and encourage participation
- Follow up with inactive or at-risk learners to understand challenges and offer solutions
- Provide empathetic, clear guidance to support learners’ success
- Log interactions and updates in CRM systems like Salesforce
- Collaborate with internal teams to address learner needs
- Gather testimonials and feedback to enhance the learning experience
What You Need
- 1–2 years of customer support, customer service, or learner engagement experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly phone presence
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) preferred
- A learner-first mindset and strong organizational skills
