Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (U.S.-based)
- Must be willing and able to work nights and weekends as required
- Occasional travel to the Atlanta, GA office upon request
Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts to maximize monthly RPA renewal collections
- Provide first-call resolution and exceptional service to both current and delinquent accounts
- Establish open communication with customers and contacts to resolve non-renewal statuses
- Document all correspondence in CRM and update account information for accuracy
- Contact all non-renewed and newly assigned accounts promptly
- Consistently meet outbound call requirements, EVPH metrics, and KPIs
- Perform skip tracing when necessary
- Participate in team meetings and provide account updates
Requirements
- 1–3 years of collections or customer service experience preferred
- Understanding of billing and collections procedures
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
- Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions in stressful situations
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to work as part of a team
