Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (US-based) with flexibility to work from one of our physical hubs in LA, SF, Austin, Chicago, or New York

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate brand communities across multiple social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, etc.)
  • Schedule and post content, engage with audiences reactively and proactively
  • Conduct daily social listening for brand-relevant conversations and trends
  • Report insights and trends to inform brand strategy and content
  • Collaborate with account, creative, and customer service teams to align community management with brand priorities
  • Support campaign activities, manage timelines, and assist in client communications
  • Help develop content alongside the copywriting team
  • Assist with reporting, analytics, brainstorms, and big-idea development
  • Stay updated on emerging platform trends and industry best practices

Requirements

  • 2+ years of community management experience (agency background preferred)
  • Experience with lifestyle, consumer tech, beauty, or food & beverage brands highly valued
  • Deep understanding of major social platforms and influencer/creator space
  • Proficiency with tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Khoros, and analytics platforms such as Meltwater
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional, on-brand voice
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Qualities: ambitious, adaptable, detail-oriented, organized, creative, inquisitive, collaborative, and ethical
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace
