Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role (U.S.-based)
  • Manage 20–40 onboarding accounts at a time
  • Flexible work environment with high autonomy

Responsibilities

  • Guide new customers through setup of Privy’s pop-up, email, and SMS features
  • Oversee account updates, revisions, and concerns while managing multiple projects
  • Identify and resolve onboarding challenges quickly and effectively
  • Provide consultation on best practices for feature use and optimization
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and goal alignment
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and meet onboarding timelines

Requirements

  • 2–3 years in a customer-facing digital role (onboarding, account management, or software implementation)
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship building
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable using digital marketing and automation tools (pop-ups, email, SMS)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality
