Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly
- Monitor and manage open orders through fulfillment, resolving delivery issues, payment disputes, and special requests
- Maintain customer resources, including portals, pricing, part numbers, and service level agreements
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development to support customer objectives
- Collect and analyze customer data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Track key account metrics and suggest optimization opportunities
- Forecast demand to ensure adequate inventory levels
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account profitability
- Recommend and implement efficiency and cost-saving measures
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or account management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with database software, CRM tools (Salesforce, Kustomer), and customer portals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and present findings clearly
- Advanced knowledge of contractual agreements preferred
