Schedule
- Full-time, remote (anywhere in the United States)
- Standard business hours; some flexibility may be required for peak demand
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues for customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Provide installation assistance and guide customers step-by-step through solutions
- Qualify product claims for warranty repair or replacement
- Place warranty orders and ensure timely resolution of claims
- Maintain deep knowledge of product offerings, functionality, and manufacturing processes
- Support and mentor Tier 1 Product Support Specialists, including assisting with training
- Create and deliver product training to internal teams
- Identify process improvements and share recommendations with leadership
- Prepare periodic reports on department activities, trends, and issues
What You Need
- High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
- 3+ years of customer service experience, including at least 2 years in technical support
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and product knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
- Consistent attendance and dependability
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
