Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (shift assigned within these hours)
- Day shift
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls to schedule, confirm, or cancel patient appointments
- Match patient preferences with physician- or service-specific scheduling guidelines
- Accurately collect and update patient registration, demographic, and insurance information
- Provide one-call resolution whenever possible
- Process messages related to appointments, referrals, prescriptions, and patient concerns
- Meet quality, service, and productivity goals
- Direct non-scheduling calls to appropriate departments
- Assist in training new hires as needed
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills
- Ability to navigate multiple programs and monitors
- Medical terminology knowledge preferred
- Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 75 Mbps down / 25 Mbps up, Ethernet connection required)
