Schedule
- Part-time, remote
- $18/hour + commission
- Camera use required for training, team meetings, and manager check-ins
What You’ll Do
- Meet or exceed retention goals by maintaining and growing customer relationships
- Overcome objections and address customer concerns to prevent cancellations
- Reiterate the value and benefits of Vehicle Service Contracts
- Identify opportunities to retain business and negotiate payment strategies when needed
- Explain contract terms clearly and help customers make informed decisions
- Utilize CRM and multiple platforms in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of retention or similar role experience
- At least 2 years of sales experience
- Strong customer support and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with computers and CRM systems
- Excellent phone communication and listening skills
