Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- $19.50/hour
- Camera use required for training, team meetings, and management check-ins
What You’ll Do
- Handle high-volume inbound calls, including from Spanish-speaking customers
- Direct callers to appropriate departments when needed
- Provide clear explanations of contract details and coverage
- Manage existing customer accounts to ensure a positive experience
- Process payments and set up payment arrangements
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional service
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Fluent in speaking and reading Spanish
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (50 Mbps minimum internet speed required)
- CRM experience a plus
- Excellent verbal/written communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Quiet, dedicated home workspace free of distractions
