Schedule

Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and terminate provider, office, and payee records in multiple databases
- Audit and maintain data integrity for 80,000+ network providers
- Validate provider information via NPI registry, Medicaid provider master files, and tax identification programs
- Process new contracted and non-contracted provider records for accurate claims and authorizations
- Manage complex retailer and provider group data updates
- Educate providers and internal teams on the importance of accurate provider data
- Support claims processing teams by managing “Provider Pick” and “Provider Contract” claim queues
- Assist Accounts Receivable with provider education on negative balances and network status
- Conduct peer audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with CMS regulations
- Collaborate on provider database enhancements and data integrity projects
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in managed care (Provider Data Management, Credentialing, Network Management, Network Development, or Provider Relations)
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with provider networks and healthcare providers
- Direct experience managing provider, office, and payee data and/or claims processing
- Knowledge of CMS Provider Directory regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable handling PHI/PII with discretion; must comply with HIPAA guidelines
