Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST
- Occasional overtime and weekends as needed
- 4–8 weeks of paid virtual training
- 100% remote (U.S.-based)
Responsibilities
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the collections team
- Mentor and train staff while providing guidance on best practices
- Follow up on accounts receivable to ensure timely payment; escalate issues when needed
- Create and process first and second-level appeals
- Evaluate payments/denials for accuracy and apply appropriately
- Identify and process bad debt write-offs, adjustments, overpayments, and duplicate payments
- Handle refund requests in accordance with policy
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and payer guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of Home Infusion Accounts Receivable experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to work any assigned shift during stated business hours, with occasional overtime/weekends
- Private, secure home workspace and high-speed internet

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $20.00–$35.72 (based on location, experience, and qualifications)
