Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST
  • Occasional overtime and weekends as needed
  • 4–8 weeks of paid virtual training
  • 100% remote (U.S.-based)

Responsibilities

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the collections team
  • Mentor and train staff while providing guidance on best practices
  • Follow up on accounts receivable to ensure timely payment; escalate issues when needed
  • Create and process first and second-level appeals
  • Evaluate payments/denials for accuracy and apply appropriately
  • Identify and process bad debt write-offs, adjustments, overpayments, and duplicate payments
  • Handle refund requests in accordance with policy
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and payer guidelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of Home Infusion Accounts Receivable experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to work any assigned shift during stated business hours, with occasional overtime/weekends
  • Private, secure home workspace and high-speed internet

Compensation & Benefits
