Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote
- First and second shift available
- Monday–Friday, weekends off
- Pay range: $16–$17/hour
What You’ll Do
- Handle high-volume inbound calls from patients regarding bills, EOBs, payment plans, and account inquiries
- Resolve patient billing concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Navigate multiple tasks between calls while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
What You Need
- Customer service and call center experience
- Medical insurance/billing knowledge (preferred)
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
